Non-Digital Product Returns & Refunds ONLY (Does NOT Include Digital Products)
Our goal is to make sure that you're happy and have the best experience possible with us. That means if our products aren't for you, we'll refund your FIRST order in full, with proof of purchase, within 30 days from the date of purchase. This happiness guarantee applies whether you are a new customer who just made your FIRST order, or you are an existing customer who placed a FIRST order for a NEW product.
We require all returns/refunds to be processed through our customer service team, if you do not reach out to them, and return your products without their consent, reimbursement can not be initiated.
Unopened and unused products may be returned in the US within 30 days of the order’s delivery date for a refund. In the event of a return, refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically opened bottles of supplements. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Orders outside of the 30-day return window are ineligible for a return, exchange, or store credit
No exchanges are accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
